Tiled surfaces should be washed down using either clean water or a nonabrasive, neutral (i.e. not acidic or alkaline) detergent. Dry off and polish with a clean dry cloth.
If tiles are to be used outside or in a very wet location such as a shower it is recommended that they be treated with a silicone sealant at the time of manufacture, failure to do so may result in discoloration. This service should be specified at time of ordering. We cannot guarantee against frost damages.
Crazing looks like a network of fine cracks on the surface of a glazed tile, although a craze is different from a crack in that it cannot be felt on the surface and it can continue to support a load. Our glazed tiles may craze with time; therefore in this respect no guarantees can be given.
All wall tiles are designed for decorative wall and fireplace use (not including heavily used hearths). We cannot guarantee their suitability for any other applications.
